By installing, accessing, using, or interacting with any game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the License Terms (defined below).

ARBITRATION CLAUSE

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES, EXCEPT AS AND TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THAT YOU ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST Fortune Flick Galaxy.COM ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE AND WILL WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CLAIMS HEARD BY A JUDGE OR A JURY, AND YOU MAY NOT ACT IN A COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By installing, accessing, using, or interacting with any Game, you hereby: (i) acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement, (ii) accept and agree to all obligations, rules, and scoring systems for each Game in which you participate, and (iii) represent and warrant that you are authorized and able to accept this Agreement. Fortune Flick Galaxy.com may also issue additional terms, rules, and conditions for participation in specific games (“Additional Rules”), which are expressly incorporated into the Agreement by reference. You agree to be bound by the Additional Rules by continuing to access, use, or interact with any Game after the Additional Rules are posted.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

Fortune Flick Galaxy.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. If changes are made, Fortune Flick Galaxy.com will update the “Last Modified” date, and such changes will become effective upon posting. For material changes, Fortune Flick Galaxy.com will notify you by posting a notice in a conspicuous place within the applicable Game or, at its discretion, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Games after such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to stop accessing and using the Games.

LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your access to and use of the Games are subject to the license terms outlined in this Agreement. By installing, accessing, using, or playing any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the license terms and restrictions described herein (“License Terms”). If you do not understand or agree to the License Terms, you must not use or participate in any of the Games.
